Return Policies

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.


Right of Withdrawal


In accordance with current legal provisions, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of our products without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. To exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask you to follow these simple steps:


1. Notice of Withdrawal: Send an explicit statement of your decision to withdraw by email to[email protected] or by registered mail with return receipt addressed to GreenTek Hub Srl, Via del Battirame 6/3, Bologna, VAT number 02234540561. Please ensure that the communication is sent within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.


2. Product Return: After receiving our return authorization, please send us the product in its original packaging, complete with all its parts and accompanying documentation. The return shipping is at your expense and under your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


3. Return Conditions: The product must be returned intact and unused. The absence or damage of any part of the packaging or the product will result in the inability to exercise the right of withdrawal.


4. Refund: Once the product has been received and verified, we will process the refund of the purchase price within no more than 14 calendar days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.



Defective or Non-Conforming Products


If you have received a defective product or one that does not match the description, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the product by sending an email to [email protected] with the order number and a detailed description of the problem. We ask you to attach photos that clearly show the defect or issue encountered.



Replacement Process


1. Reporting the Problem: Send a report via email within 24 hours of receiving the product, including the order number and describing the defect or issue.


2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your report, we will assess the issue and provide you with instructions for returning the defective product.


3. Replacement or Refund: After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will proceed with its replacement or the refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.
